The Challenge

You will be managing affiliate partnerships by building relationships and collaborations. You will be responsible for monitoring performance and traffic volumes brought by affiliates whilst handling non-performing affiliates accordingly to increase traffic and revenues. With an analytical mindset, applicants must be social, flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment.If you have these traits, we look forward to hearing from you.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage a portfolio of high value affiliate accounts with the objective of growing the Chilli Partners group new depositing customers
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with Senior Group Managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets
  • Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
  • Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network
  • Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns
  • Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of Key affiliate partners

You are good at

  • At least 3 years of experience in affiliate account management in igaming
  • Great communicator
  • Methodical, numbers driven and well organised

Dux Group is looking to hire a Country Manager for the Finnish online casino market.
The chosen candidate will continue the aggressive growth achieved in the last few months and, take business performance to the next level. The Finnish Country Manager will be responsible for developing the Finnish market including market strategy, product, customer acquisition, retention and payments. You will have overall responsibility for the Finnish territory including:
P&L, building relationships, agreeing deals, seeking marketing and partner opportunities, specialist market knowledge with a view of giving feedback to marketing teams, business development is also included in this role.


  • Develop country strategy, positioning and growth.
  • Develop, manage and implement a direct response marketing plan.
  • Develop acquisition marketing activities across the market in cooperation with the Acquisition team and marketing teams.
  • Develop, manage and execute CRM strategies, together with Casino CRM teams, including customer behavior analysis, segmentation, creation of promotions and message.
  • Oversee development, planning and execution of marketing and promotion activities for the Finnish market.
  • Responsible for localization of product, together with the content team.
  • Optimize presentation and promotion of games as per the market to ensure maximum player volume.
  • Responsible for the local website including content and look and feel, ensuring it has local focus (user experience)
  • Deliver relevant local payment solutions for the market.
  • Monitor and report to the Management Team of business KPIs.
  • Responsible for brand communication including PR, word-of-mouth and social media strategies and tactics to achieve positive media coverage


  • At least 3 years work experience in a B2C online business.
  • Experience in the development of direct marketing strategy, creative and implementation processes.
  • Experience as a Finnish Country Manager with online casino business is desirable. Experience acquiring customers and growing businesses.
  • Native Finnish speaker, Fluent in English. Good understanding of online and direct response marketing.
  • Highly Organized Ability to do strategic and hands-on work Analytical ability and the understanding of profit/loss profiles, creating and reading reports, understanding data and the ability to distinguish between the important and unimportant, strategic development.

  • Strategize, Research & Source: You will own the strategy and develop a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pools and ensure there’s a distinct range of candidates for both short-term and long-term efforts. You’ll use sourcing techniques to identify strong talent and relay market intel back to your hiring partners to better refine and execute your recruiting strategy.
  • Own the Candidate Experience: You’ll build strong relationships with candidates. You’ll own the full candidate experience from initial outreach to closing the job.
  • Partner: You’ll work directly with hiring managers as your true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. You’ll coach and advise based on your growing knowledge in igaming markets, compensation, and the competitive landscape. You’ll use critical thinking, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers to make smart judgment calls that will directly impact who we hire for Dux.
  • Evaluate: You’ll participate in full-cycle recruiting, including interview, offer, negotiate and close candidates.
  • Prioritize: You’ll own and juggle multiple demands and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience. You’ll use your own judgement on how to best organize, prioritize and execute in a fast paced environment.
